Santa's Pose: Our charming Santa model will be posing from 10:00 AM to 1:30 PM, with short breaks every 20 minutes and a longer break midway through the session. He'll be in a classic holiday scene, creating the perfect festive atmosphere. We'll set up the model inside the gallery to accommodate up to 18 artists. There will be cheerful holiday tunes and treats to complete the merry ambiance! 

Please arrive early enough to be set up and ready to paint by 10:00 AM.

What to Bring:

• Your painting or drawing equipment; please be mindful to keep your set up as compact as possible to allow surrounding artists to have view and space as well
• A bottle of water to stay refreshed
• Any snacks you'd like to enjoy during the session

• Parking: Ample free parking is available right in front of the gallery.
• Restroom: A restroom is conveniently located inside the gallery for participants' use.
• Location: You'll find us in the Capital Mall Promenade, adjacent to Chicos, Loft, and Massage Envy. Our exact address is 2505 4th Ave W, Suite 105, Olympia, WA.
• Refunds: Should you be unable to attend, kindly request a refund at least 7 days before the event.
• Cancellation: We reserve the right to cancel the event and provide 100% refunds if we don't receive enough interest to cover the model fee.
